Yes, all students (undergraduate and postgraduate) are eligible for the “Student (FREE)” category provided that they have a valid student ID or proof of enrollment during the current semester as required in the registration form.

Yes, you may use remittance platforms such as WISE or Remitly to transfer funds. Payments through Paypal are unfortunately unavailable.

Yes, provided that they sign a promissory note and submit it as the proof of payment in the registration form in the meantime. Please send an email to the conference secretariat for a template of the note. Kindly note that on-site payments during the conference proper will fall on the Regular rate.

The conference will be fully on-site.

No, submission of full paper is not required.
